Mission Statement

Youth Forward empowers, engages, and promotes systemic change that directly impacts children affected by abuse and neglect. We further investigate the process and injustice of the Children’s Welfare System as well as promoting children’s welfare in the San Gabriel Valley. Through the continuous series of interviews with community organizations, Youth Forward educates and connects the next generation to this universal issue through workshops, fundraisers, volunteering, and highlighting case management obstacles in support groups. We advocate for preventing child maltreatment in terms of protection, healthcare, and education.
